Through this role, he developed expertise in injury management, case coordination, capacity management, and stakeholder collaboration while ensuring legislative and organisational requirements were met. Prior to working in return to work and injury management, Jordan built extensive experience across the customer service industry, developing strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
